Preparation
Fresh watermelon puree is the heart of this drink.
Put it in a shaker with ice together with vodka, lime juice and sugar syrup and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker fogs up.
Then strain into a glass with fresh ice cubes and garnish with a piece of melon or mint.
The first sip gives you a taste of sun, summer and a bit of vacation.
